Instruments and Equipment
 

Undamaged instruments or equipment may be
returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange or credit.

Returned instruments and equipment are subject
to a service fee of 10% - 15% of each item returned,
to cover the the cost of cleaning & restocking.

Tracheostoma & Other Supplies
         ( Stoma covers, Filters, Tubes, Batteries etc )

Unopened products may be returned within
30 days, only if the original bag or package is
still sealed.
       (For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot
         clean or re-sell any of these products
         if they were opened or used.)

A 10% service charge (minimum or $ 4.00)
applies to cover our re-stocking fees.
