ASSISTANCE IN PURCHASING AMPLIFIERS:

>MEDICARE MAY PROVIDE SOME REIMBURSEMENT. If you have Part B, mention it with the order. We'll refer you to a company that will send you a Spokeman and send a claim to Medicare for you to get some reimbursement once proper paperwork is filled out.

>MEDICAID programs in some states will cover amplifiers. If you are on Medicaid, find a medical equipment dealer in your area who is a Medicaid provider. If the dealer can get state authorization, they can buy the Spokeman and a mic from us, supply it to you and bill Medicaid.

>PRIVATE INSURANCE may reimburse, depending on your policy. A copy of your "Paid" invoice will serve as proof of purchase for insurance and taxes. A doctor's statement will probably also be needed. File a claim for reimbursement according to your policy’s instructions.
