PURCHASE ORDERS are accepted, net 30 days, from agencies, institutions and organizations.

WELL ESTABLISHED INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS with good credit records may be billed, on request. TERMS: NET 30 DAYS, top total account limit of $100. Payment terms may be arranged for orders of $35.00 to $100.00. Billing on orders over $100 requires special permission, with down payment of at least 40% before shipment and balance in 3 installments of 20% a month.

OHIO RESIDENTS HAVE TO PAY 5.75% TAX ON ANYATHING OHIO CONSIDERS NON_MEDICAL. This includes books, "NeckBreather" bracelet. Aslo voice amplifiers and pagers IF they are for convenience or business use rather than personal medical use. Diagnostic and testing equipment for professional use is also taxable unless a tax exemption certificate is provided.

10% DISCOUNT FOR ORDERS OF 10 OR MORE OF ANY STOMA COVERS OR SUPPLY ITEMS AS PACKAGED - for instance: 10 sets of batteries, 10 pkg. of 5 Breathe-Easys, 10 pkg. of Stomafoam Squares, 10 Romet Filters - colors may be mixed. Club members can order together to get the discount, save on shipping/ handling. Full order must be shipped together to one address, billed and paid together as one bill.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, within 30 days. ORDER CAREFULLY! LOOK BEFORE YOU OPEN! NO RETURN of stoma covers, C-R supplies, or cloth items if individual item bag is opened (unless product is really defective). We have no economical way to clean these items for resale - and you don't want a stoma cover that has been used even a little! MINIMUM $4.00 SERVICE CHARGE per return (unless due to defect or our error). C-R Tone Generator, UNDAMAGED, $8 Service. Other cleanable devices - appropriate service charge. Returns are costly. A service charge means less loss in handling, paperwork,repackaging, helps keep prices down.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. We try to hold prices as long as possible and make any changes once a year, but increases to us in product or shipping costs are sometimes more than we can absorb. We cannot notify everyone individually - time, postage would cost $1000's & push up prices even more.

WHY SHIPPING CHARGES? TO KEEP PRICES LOW AS WE CAN, we charge shipping/handling on smaller orders. Handling even the smallest order costs $5+. Price per item cannot be set high enough to cover shipping/handling on small orders - people with larger orders would then be paying too much per item. Shipping/handling on small, uninsured, lightweight and no-signature orders includes self insurance for lost packages, a growing problem.

WE CLOSE FOR ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS, including the day after Thanksgiving and a week at Christmas/New Year. Plan your orders so you are not left short over the holidays.

ALLOW TIME FOR YOUR ORDERS: We TRY to ship within 3 working days of receipt, but some items are custom made. If speed is vital, phone or Fax your order or mark RUSH on your envelope and/or request one of the faster shipping methods (Additional Charge) and we will do our best!

Except for very inexpensive and light weight packages, we prefer to ship UPS for quick traceability and automatic insurance. Please provide us with a street address rather than a P.O. Box if possible. We may have to charge additional for PRIORITY MAIL shipments of heavier, more valueable items. Postal insurance is very expensive and tracing lost packages takes a great deal of time and paperwork.
