An association of approximately 250 laryngectomee clubs and regional organizations worldwide.  Their purpose is to promote and support the total rehabilitation of the laryngectomee by the exchnage of ideas and dissemnination of information.  Contact the IAL for helpful literature and references and for information on club programs and activities,  individual member club locations and contacts, vendors of laryngectomee supplies, upcoming meetings, etc.


WebWhispersClub - an internet organization with hundreds of members worldwide.  It’s web page provides a variety of interesting and valuable information and humor, all accompanied by good music.  There is a periodic on-line newsletter.  Members communicate individually on-line and at planned chats - and sometimes get together in person at state, regional and international IAL meetings.
